Representative Joule gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on

Representative Joule moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                     
reconsideration of CSHB 106(STA)(title am) be taken up on the same                                                              
day.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

    officer program; and authorizing municipalities to accept grants                                                            
    under, and contract with respect to, the village public safety
